Mount Rainier Skyline Trail
Mount Rainier is the biggest piece of rock I have seen yet, decided to do the skyline trail with some friends this weekend.
The trail started out friendly with good amount of wildflowers, some marmot and fox's appeared on the easy part of the trail.
the trail drastically changes shape after the myrtle falls.

Photographing the palouse
Palouse in washington is a magical place for photographers, filled with miles of wheat farms on a uneven surface the area is a treat for the eyes.
When heading out to palouse a little weather planning would help, a partly cloudy day would be perfect for photography, be sure to stop near the fields and take some shots
Here are some pictures from my recent trip to palouse

Seattle Kerry Park
The other day I was driving around redmond the Mount Rainier looked like a big ice cream scoop, I quickly grabbed my camera and headed to Kerry park, one of the best viewpoints for Space needle and mount rainier.
There were few people enjoying and taking snaps of the view, I quickly setup my camera on tripod and started shooting HDR
here's the best one from the day

stayed a little longer until dark and got this another one.

This is a must see spot on a sunny day, if its typical seattle weather, don't even bother making a trip.

Fremont Solstice Parade
The parade is filled with ton of fun filled people, the energy in the parade will sure make you tap your foot.
Here are some pictures from the parade.
Nuclear zombies

Super 8 japan nuke combo

I would have stayed longer but the rain in seattle wasn't cooperative.
If i would have got there a little early I would have got to see the naked cyclists who are top attraction of the parade.
